In November 2023, Shand Cycles regained its independence following its acquisition by Rideworks Components. Since then, we’ve been busy refining and reimagining what Shand can be—distilling the brand down to a focused range of core models.
As part of this process, some bikes are being retired from our lineup. However, we’re pleased to confirm that the Bahookie, Tam, Skinny, and Rizello remain available and can still be custom ordered.

The Skinny is our modern classic road bike. Made with a Reynolds 853 front and columbus rear.
It featured modern featured linke T47 BB shell tapered head tube disc brakes and carbon wheels.
The Bahookie is our do-it-all mountain bike – a hand-built Reynolds 631 steel frame designed around 29er or 650B+ wheels and a 120mm travel fork. Perfect for bikepacking, adventure racing, bashing round local trails or heading out for a long day in the hills. Simple.
Here at Shand we’re not all about gravel, mud and overnight adventures. We also love the freedom and simplicity of a simple stripped-back road bike – and the Rizello is just that. A simple, fast and elegant road bike with the comfort of modern steel and high-end finish we’re renowned for.
